Description

A passionate CX and digital leader, you will be responsible for managing the growth and revenue performance of one of Zone’s business units alongside a Business Director. This could be built around a single client, or portfolio of clients, amounting to c. £10m to £15m of revenues. You will lead the commercial and growth vision for the business unit and drive your clients’ business forward through innovative CX work that delivers top line value. You will help lead a team of account management and 60+ digital experts, inspiring groundbreaking work and encouraging clients to think ambitiously. You will drive client growth and revenue, identify and drive new business opportunities within these clients and look beyond to support new business activities to help expand your portfolio.


As one of the most senior and respected individuals in the agency, you will be an ambassador for Zone, as well as a major contributor to the culture of the agency.
